I'm a solo creator, and I put a lot of care into designing high-quality digital brushes. Since all products in my shop are instant digital downloads, I generally don’t offer refunds for non-defective items once they've been downloaded.

Still, I want you to feel good about your purchase — so if anything’s off, I’m here to help.

If there’s a problem with your download (defective products):

If your brush files are corrupted, don’t work as described, or you’re unable to access them, please email me at bokettori@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. I’ll do my best to fix the issue or send a replacement. If that doesn’t work, I’m happy to issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you just changed your mind (non-defective products):

Because these are digital goods, I usually can’t offer refunds for accidental purchases or a change of mind. That said, if you think there’s something unusual about your situation, just reach out at bokettori@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. I look at each request individually and try to be fair.
