Hello, I'm Kate!
I’m the creator of Procreate brushes under the brand “bokettori.”
Ever since I can remember, I’ve done two things: analyzed something, created something, or both. For a long time, art remained an exciting hobby. I’ve drawn with pencils and watercolors, painted with oil and acrylic paints, and have been fascinated by embroidery and traditional crafts...
... and then I discovered Procreate.
Amazed by the advancements of the brush engine, I realized I could finally marry the traditional and digital art worlds into one. So, I dived deep into the realms of embroidery and created multiple brush collections that authentically mimic real-life stitching, goldwork, beadwork, and more.
What started as a mere side project has grown into a significant endeavor, with over 1,000 of you owning some of my brushes. It’s exciting and shocking at the same time. Over time, I’ve gotten to know many of you through email, and I hope I’ve been able to help with some burning questions, but I’d love to learn more about you.
